Marcel and Monsieur Pagnol

Synopsis

In 1955, Marcel Pagnol was a well-known filmmaker. When a famous magazine commissioned him to write a column about his childhood, he saw the opportunity to return to his beginnings: writing.

Realizing that his memory is failing him, and affected by the mixed success of his latest plays, Pagnol begins to doubt. Until little Marcel - the boy he once was - magically appears to him. Together, they explore his past and revive his most cherished memories.
